Cookie policy
Strictly necessary cookies always work. Everything else stays off until you allow it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. They remember things between page loads and between visits — a session, a preference, an aggregate statistic.
This policy also covers technologies that behave like cookies: local storage, session storage and similar identifiers. Where we say “cookie” below, we mean all of them.
2. Our default: nothing that tracks you
This site loads no analytics or advertising cookie before you allow it. Site statistics are collected in aggregate, without a cookie and without a device identifier, which is why there is nothing to consent to for them.
Declining is exactly as easy as accepting: both are a single button in the banner, at the same size.
3. The three categories
Strictly necessary — always on
Required for the site to work. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and its Romanian transposition, these do not require prior consent.

Analytics and performance — off by default

These are set only where an analytics property is configured for this site. If none is configured, the category does not appear in the banner.
Marketing — off by default
Measuring whether an advertisement led to an enquiry, and showing our advertisements to people who have already visited. Loaded only if you allow this category.

As above, these appear only where an advertising account is configured for this site.
4. Changing your choice
The cookie button in the bottom corner of every page reopens the banner. Changing a category to “off” stops new cookies in that category immediately; cookies already set can be cleared from your browser settings, which every major browser offers under privacy or site data.
5. Third-party cookies
Where a page embeds something served by another company — a video, a map — that company may set its own cookies once the embed loads. Embeds that would do so are not loaded until the relevant category is allowed.
6. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies: Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, as transposed in Romania by Law 506/2004 — no consent required. All other categories: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, recorded with the date and the version of this policy in force at the time.
