1. Who we are

Valenys is a brand of Dualvalcost Solution SRL, a company registered in Romania, trade register number J23/1237/2010, fiscal code 26823086, registered office at Str. Garii 24, Cretesti, Ilfov, Romania. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Valenys” refer to that company.

These terms govern your use of valenys.com. Work we carry out for a client is governed by the individual contract signed for that engagement; where the two differ, the contract prevails.

2. Using this website

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own purposes. You may not present it as your own, republish it commercially, or use automated means to extract it at a scale that affects the service for other visitors.

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Content describing our products reflects the state at the date shown on each page.

3. Proposals and pricing

Prices shown on this site are entry-level thresholds, not offers. A binding offer is the written proposal we send after a scoping conversation, and it states its own validity period.

Where a price is shown as a monthly subscription, it is exclusive of any applicable taxes and of a one-off setup fee where one applies. The proposal states the full commercial terms.

4. What we deliver, and what you own

On completion and full payment, the client owns the source code, the design, the content and the technical documentation produced for that engagement, and receives the domain and credentials on request.

This does not extend to components we license from third parties, to open-source software carrying its own licence, or to the reusable parts of our own platform, which are licensed to the client for the purposes of the delivered work rather than transferred.

5. Intellectual property on this site

The Valenys name, logo and visual identity, and the text and graphics of this site, belong to us or are used under licence. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site — platforms, payment providers, carriers, standards bodies — belong to their respective owners and are named descriptively, to state what our products connect to. Naming them implies no endorsement in either direction.

6. Statements about compliance

Our products implement technical requirements of accessibility and consumer-protection legislation. We do not warrant that using them makes an organisation compliant: compliance also depends on content, on operational decisions and on obligations outside the software. Where a page describes what a product does and does not do, that description is part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from the use of this website. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to documents and services operated by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an active engagement are communicated to the client directly rather than by publication.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Where you deal with us as a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country.

Consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer to resolve matters directly: write to the contact address published on this site first.
