By accessing the Valenys Innovation Lab platform or initiating a strategic briefing, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms and the engineering protocols established by our parent entity, Dualvalcost Solution. Access constitutes full acceptance of these technical and legal boundaries.

Valenys provides AI strategy, RAG ecosystem implementation, and WCAG-compliant Digital Accessibility solutions. All deliverables are engineered according to the latest stable standards (WCAG 2.2 and Gemini Pro architecture) active at the time of the deployment commencement.

While our Technical Audit v6.0 and RAG Grounding technologies are designed to mitigate 99% of hallucinations and accessibility violations, Valenys does not provide a guarantee of total legal immunity. Final regulatory compliance remains the jurisdiction of the client's internal legal department.

All proprietary AI agent logic, custom RAG vector patterns, and design frameworks developed by Valenys remain the intellectual property of Dualvalcost Solution. Ownership transfer is only valid via an executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or specific project-based licensing.
